Together with people across the globe, we will meditate for peace, harmony, and unity.

By meditating as one worldwide, we raise our awareness and experience the power of our minds while recognizing the importance of self-reflection. Uniting with others enables us to let go of our egos and embrace the joy of coexistence.
The program includes light-hearted, fun activities and a unifying meditation that will bring inner peace and self-awareness. This World Meditation Day 2024, let's take some time to pause, reflect, and discover a new way of being that contributes to a more peaceful world.

Healing Your Inner Child

A Journey to Wholeness

In this transformative meditation workshop, we will embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing, exploring the power of inner child work. Through a combination of meditation, healing letter writing, and personal reflection, participants will gain a deeper understanding of their emotional landscape and learn to nurture the wounded aspects of their inner child.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Discover the healing potential of meditation as a powerful tool for integration and wholeness.

  • Participate in healing letter-writing exercises to facilitate communication with your inner child, encouraging the release of unresolved emotions and promoting self-forgiveness.
