Which habit changed your life?

Updated: Jul 25, 2022

The habit that changed my life is investing time in looking back on myself.

But many people seem to be unaware of the importance of looking back on oneself above all, many of them don’t know the way how to do it.

Whatever we do, we need time to reflect properly about what we did. Because self-reflection is the fast way to recognize the problems that one has. Also, it is a process of checking you are on the right track to reach your goal.

Why isn't it working out?

Why do I keep making this mistake?

Why am I depressed without any reason?

Why can't I get along with her?

Why do I hate him? etc.

We can’t just ignore all the barriers that we have in our mind. By looking back on your words and behaviors properly, you can recognize the specific causes of issues such as the above.

Meditation is recommended for those who wish to look back at themselves but are unsure how to do so.

Meditation helps me look back on my entire life. As I reflected, I could find the numerous causes of barriers within me. Through reflection I could naturally understand situations that I had. And by the method of discarding, I eliminated the causes of barriers. As much as I emptied it, the barriers disappeared.

Meditation helps me get out of my frustrations and chronic habits. My mind feels comfortable now! If you have hatred or an enemy in your mind, there is a reason why you have hatred or enemy in your mind. and they disappear when you discard the cause of the mind.

If you make a habit of meditating even 10mins in a day, you’ll become more intuitive and efficient. Also, you'll see a lot of positive changes in your life. If you want to know how to meditate, refer to the below.🌱
