1. 1 Hour Guided Meditation:
   
 either online or in-person

2. Exercise:
    
30~60 minutes of exercise of your choice

3. Self Study
   
Option 1: watch daily videos- 5 times/ day
     Option 2: read SSN books 30 mins / day


4. Habits Changing:
   
identify habits to change and change daily

5. Gratitude Journaling

* You can cheat one day per week

3. Sept 18th Sun @ 12:30pm EST
    

4. Sept 21st Wed @ 8:30pm EST

5. Sept 25th Sun @ 12:30pm EST

* Ask questions, share your experience and encourage each other!
* Attend 3 out of 5 of the following Boot Camp Meetings

Contribution

($10 to $50)

* Boot campers need to make a $10 to $50 or more  contribution to their center to participate
* Special prizes for those who complete the challenge
