We welcome you to join us for an engaging introduction to a meditation method of self-reflection and letting go. Learn about this method and how you can enlighten to True Wisdom and find your True Self, which is peaceful and happy. Find out how it alleviates the root cause stress and worry and improves mental and physical health.
After a short presentation about the method, we will invite you to ask questions you have about meditation, and we will guide you through an introductory meditation session. Everyone is welcome and can benefit, from first-time meditators to experienced meditators who wish to explore a new method.
