How to Calm Your Mind

Do you struggle with so many thoughts that it hinders your progress or freezes you in your tracks? 

When a person has racing thoughts, their mind is involuntarily jumping from one random thought or memory to another. Random thoughts can affect a person’s ability to sleep or to focus on a single topic. If racing thoughts move in a sequence, they can end in a worst-case scenario that leaves the person with more stress and worry. A person may hear them as a voice they cannot ignore or as background noise in the brain. In all cases, the person's quality of life can suffer as it leads to inaction, depression, anxiety or unnecessary worry.
